RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND COMPLAINTS

Due to the perishable nature of herbs, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

If there’s a problem with your shipment, email us a photo and description at support@simplegreens.co. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
