Are you looking for a hands-on role in a thriving horticultural environment? Simple Green is herb grower, cultivating over 20 different varieties year-round across our innovative cropping systems, including APEX glasshouses, poly tunnels, and outdoor fields.

We’re on the lookout for Casual Production Assistants to join our passionate team!

You’ll be involved in all aspects of crop production, including:

• Seeding, propagation, and cultivation
• Irrigation and fertigation
• Pruning, pest, and disease control
• Machine operation (seeding machines, automated harvesters, packing systems)

You’ll rotate through various areas such as:

• Greenhouses and growing zones
• Harvesting and packing areas
• Dispatch and logistics

What you will need:

• Good physical fitness and stamina
• Ability to work in warm or cool environments
• Be a non-tobacco smoker (for compliance)
